In 2012, we were contracted to dice ceramic substrates for a major ceramics manufacturer in Japan.Our Proposal
We proposed installing new slicing equipment and thick material cutting dicers, so that it would be possible to support a wider variety of items from clients and to flexibly support a variety of product thicknesses from 2015.
Results
We improved productivity on the ceramic cutting production line and were able to meet the needs of clients' systems to boost productivity.
